She recently returned to her hometown of Los Angeles after twelve years split between various other cities, most recently Brooklyn. I return to New York tomorrow after an 11 day trip that has felt like years. I keep having weird flashes of paranoia about not being able to unlock the door of my apartment.
UPDATE!!! I got the door unlocked, but only after pushing aside almost a dozen manila envelopes blocking the door. Screener season is a shitty time to go out of town for a week and a half.
